Items will be sent via DPD, once your order has been shipped a tracking update will be sent to the email address registered to the order. A text update can also be sent if you submit a UK mobile number along with your order, if you have a preferred delivery method please contact us.
For Computer orders: Please allow for 5-6 working days to configure and test your machine. Heavy production periods or volume orders over a quantity of 5 may extend build time.
For Component parts/periperhals and accesories: These are shipped via DPD next working day from our warehouses, if ordered before 4pm Monday-Friday. Some parts of the UK (northern ireland/northen scotland) are subject to 2 working day delivery. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and dispatched on Monday.

We are based in the UK however we can ship Worldwide, overseas shipping costs will depend on the weight of the item an estimated price will be displayed at the checkout page when you enter the destination.
