Strongly recommend Inside Tech for sure!

Bought a fractal ridge mini pc and has been flawless since arrival and the customer service is incredibly friendly and helpful. They're also very quick to get in touch with and will aid you with you're PC after delivery too. I was anxious whilst waiting for it to be built and delivered but was reassured and kept in the loop of what was happening every step of the way.

Couldn't recommend this company any more and will definitely be returning in the future for upgrades and or further help with my PC.

This is my second custom-built PC from Inside Tech and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The build quality is excellent, and the price was very competitive compared to other options I looked at. The system arrived securely packaged with great care taken in shipping, which gave me peace of mind.

What really stood out, though, was the customer support. The team was responsive, helpful, and made the process smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find this level of service alongside high-quality products, and Inside Tech really delivered on both.

I highly recommend them to anyone considering a custom PC — they’ve earned my trust and future business.

Outstanding Service & Quality Work – Highly Recommended!

I bought a PC from Inside Tech two years ago, and the service I received back then was so good that I had no hesitation in going back to them recently for an upgrade. I had my CPU, GPU, and motherboard upgraded, and once again, the quality of their work was amazing.

From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. The upgrades were done flawlessly, and my system is running better than ever. They took care to ensure everything was compatible and optimally set up, and the turnaround time was excellent.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of consistent quality and customer service. Highly recommended if you're looking for trustworthy PC experts who genuinely care about their craft.

I was recently looking to buy a new pc and looking at the .nuc. systems preferably one with three monitor outputs. whilst looking on google I came across ..inside tech.. who had them in stock so decided to give them a call i spoke to James who was more than happy to take time out to give me advice on the speck that I needed and price I decided on the one that I wanted and they built it to my specifications it arrived just a few days later. What can I say apart from absolutely spot on so I'd like to thank James and anyone involved in sorting this out for me
I have called a couple of times if I've not been familiar with something on the system and they've always been very helpful cheers guys 👍
