Description
Elitemini B550
The Minisforum B550 is a high-performance mini PC developed primarily for gamers. Its outstanding heat dissipation allows you to focus on your work or gaming without being distracted by background noise. The B550’s two main features are that its CPU can be replaced to fit your system performance requirements, and it can connect to a discrete graphics card through the provided dock to achieve exceptional graphics quality in demanding games.
Powerful Processor & Graphics
The features and benefits of the B550 are dependent on the setup of the system. AMD RyzenTM 7 5700G (8 Cores 16 Threads, max turbo frequency up to 4.6GHz) / AMD RyzenTM 5 5600G (6 Cores 12 Threads, max turbo frequency up to 4.4GHz) and RadeonTM Graphics (Graphics Frequency 2000 MHz) / RadeonTM Graphics (Graphics Frequency 2000 MHz) will be included in the retail package (Graphics Frequency 2100 MHz).

CPU DIY
The B550’s CPU DIY mode enables you to replace the CPU in your system. B550 supports AMD Ryzen 4000/5000 series CPUs with a TDP of 65W or below (but not 5950X/5900X/5800X). Please choose the most appropriate CPU from the list based on your requirements.
Please note that the B550 supports both integrated and discrete graphics processors. You’ll need a dedicated graphics card if your CPU doesn’t have integrated graphics.
Discrete Graphics Card
One dock is included with each B550 to handle an external graphics card. The dock can accommodate the vast majority of graphics cards with a thickness of less than or equal to 7 cm, and the length and breadth are unrestricted.
Please see the motion picture below for the specific installation technique.
Power Supply
The PC can be powered in two ways. If you use an AMD APU such as the 5600G or 5700G, the kit includes a regular 19V power brick that you can use without the need for the supporting dock. You’ll need to utilise your own ATX or SFX power supply if you want to perform some DIY and link it to a dedicated graphics card. This allows you to use a desktop CPU like the 5600X in this mini PC, resulting in a total system power usage of over 600W. The B550 small host has a cooling solution that supports a TDP of 65 watts.
Upgrade-Friendly
Barebone / 16GB (8GB x 2) / 32GB (16GB x 2) RAM and 256 / 512GB SSD are available as options. Remove the four screws that secure the underside to gain access to the inside. Inside, there are three different sorts of growth spaces. You can expand the capacity to meet your specific requirements.
Easy to carry
A suitcase is included with every standard order, which can comfortably contain your B550 and adapter. The shape is simple and elegant.
